Strawberry Granita

A simple and sweet recipe for diet conscious people. You can make this Strawberry Granita within a few minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sativa sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 6 cups sliced strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions:

Prepare a mixture of sugar and water in a blender and process it to dissolve sugar.

2.    Add juice and strawberries in the mixture and process it well to get a smooth paste.

3.    Pour the mixture into a square baking dish and freeze it for 3 hours. Now stir it well, and cover again for 5 hours.

4.    Take out the mixture from the freezer after 5 hours and let it set at the room temperature for 10 minutes. Scrape the mixture with a fork to make it fluffy.
